I wrote this tune out for a student. It had been years since I worked on this one but it is one of those tunes that I still reference.

Open Voicings/CAGED
A different way of visualizing and working with chords. I find these voicing helpful for writing melodies I couldn’t normally reach with a ‘beefier’ chord containing more notes.

Dimished Chords Open Voicings
This is the same concept mentioned in the first few pages of Ted Green’s book “Chord Chemistry.”
